Tier 3: WorldatWork Certification Courses
Advancing Careers Through Industry Certification

What We Offer: In-person courses designed to support members in achieving WorldatWork’s CCP certification. The updated certification path now requires only 8 courses, and TCCN offers a rotating schedule to help you complete the program in three years. Taking a course directly with WorldatWork? TCCN members can use code TCCN24 to save $100 when you sign up!

Why It Matters: Certifications like CCP establish credibility and expertise in Total Rewards, positioning you as a leader in your field.

Examples: Courses include “Creating Impact Through Total Rewards,” “Understanding the Total Rewards Regulatory Landscape,” and “Designing and Managing Base Pay Systems.”
To ensure a quality experience and thoughtful use of resources, registration minimums will be required 2 weeks prior to the course offering date. For homegrown or skills building courses, we require a minimum of 2 registrants. WorldatWork requires a minimum of 8 registrants for CCP certification courses.
